At Pavitra Dhara, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our cold-pressed oils. Because our products are perishable food items, we have established a clear return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and transparency.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns on Food Products
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations regarding food items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
We can only accept returns or offer replacements if the product you received meets the criteria outlined in Section 2 (Damaged or Incorrect Items) below.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
Reporting Window: You must report the damage or error within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: To help us process your request quickly, please email us at marketing@pavitradhara.com or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] with:
Your Order Number.
Clear photographs or a short video showing the damaged packaging, leakage, or the incorrect item received.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped out immediately at no extra cost to you, or process a full refund.
3. Cancellations
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds Process
If a refund is approved (due to damage, error, or cancellation prior to shipping):
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount securely.
